Carole Jans is a school teacher in Differdange for children in specialised care. Following the health crisis linked to COVID-19, the “Joffer” has shown great courage and responsiveness in continuing the schooling of her pupils, by using interposed screens. She met the challenge by managing to not leave them alone for a single moment… except when she was preparing delicious meals in her kitchen to relax.
